Lychee Mochi is a mochi filled with lychee jam, a very popular fruit in Asian countries. A delicacy from Japan, kirimochi (or mochi) are glutinous rice cakes or sweet rice. It is an established food in Japanese cuisine and culture and is often served to celebrate the New Year.

Maltose 21.5%, sugar, rice gluten 17%, thickener: E1442, palm oil, melon, lychees 10%, flavourings.
Preservation
