Cold cocktail with Matcha Tea and Bourbon

Refresh your summer evenings with this extraordinary Cocktail, an explosive mix of Matcha and Bourbon Whisky, cool and refreshing, you won’t be able to live without it!


  • 2 gr Matcha
  • 200 ml  water 
  • 5 or 6  fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar (organic)
  • 1-2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup bourbon whisky
  • Ice

How to make this extraordinary Cocktail

Infuse 2g of Matcha Genmaicha Kiri Tea in 200 ml of water for 1 minute  and  let cool.

Put the mint leaves and sugar in a mortar and chop with the help of a pestle. Move in a shaker and add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, whiskey, the tea matcha infusion and mix. Filter the mixture through a fine mesh sieve, pressing on the mint to extract all the flavor. Taste, add more lemon if you feel the need, then pour into two ice-cold glasses and garnish with some mint leaves.
