1. General conditions of products purchase offered on the website www.teasoul.store

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Tea Soul by Anada Srl, Via S. Alessandro 8,21040 Castronno (VA) – (VAT 03853000127) and the Customer, in order to purchase the productsidentified and described in the offers as they appear in website www.www.teasoul.store. The present Terms are subject to changes necessitated by subsequent laws and regulations. This contract is regulated by the Italian law. In the case of a consumer user, the Court of residence or domicile of the consumer will have jurisdiction, if located in Italy.

2. Site Registration and personal data processing

For security reasons, the site registration is required for the Customer who wishes to purchase the products submitted in the offer of Tea Soul. He is required to proceed with the registration of his personal data and to provide his e-mail address, as well detailed within the website. Within the meaning and effect of art. 13 of Legislative Decree of June 30, 2003 n° 196 on the protection of personal data, the data will be collected and processed by Tea Soul through the inclusion in databases and processing by means of computerized procedures, in fulfillment of the obligations under the law, for the exclusive purposes connected with the contract as well as the fulfillment of the obligations and the protection of the rights arising from it. In this regard it is noted that: owner of the personal data is Anada Srl the provision of such data is necessary to perform the contract, so that any refusal or withdrawal of authorization does not allow the continuation; the individual to whom they refer the personal data acquired may exercise, regarding the existence and processing of the same, the rights provided under Articles. 7 and following of Legislative Decree no. June 30, 2003. 196, in the manner provided by the relevant provisions. In relation to data supplied to the perfect of the purchase contract with Tea Soul, the Customer represent to allow to the processing of data in the terms described above. Tea Soul is committed not to transfer data for purposes of commercial information and promotion of the products of other companies, in compliance with the provisions of the existing legislation.

3. Purchase of products and methods of payment

Following the transaction referred to in art. 2, the customer can make their purchases by entering into“shopping cart” products of interest to choose the mode of payment and reporting the data for shipping and billing. The payment methods provided are the following: Credit card PayPal Bank transfer Cash at delivery (valid only for shipments to Italy) Cash on delivery Cash on delivery payment method is valid only for shipping to Italy. Checks are not accepted. In addition to shipping costs (due only if the order amount is less than € 60) you will have to pay a contribution equal to:

  • € 4.50 for orders whose amount at the cash desk is between 0 and € 199
  • € 5.50 for orders whose amount at the cash desk is between € 200 and € 499
  • € 6.90 for orders whose amount at the cash desk is between € 500 and 1000 

We kindly ask you to give the money directly to the deliveryman and to prepare the amount due to facilitate payment and to avoid other problems.

4. Acceptance and Order Confirmation

AAt the end of the purchase process, Tea Soul send the e–mail address of the customer a summary of the purchase made, complete billing data, the total cost of the product and, where possible, data for shipment. Tea Soul reserves the right to refuse the proposed purchase (order), as well as in cases provided for in art. 3,in the following cases: provision of personal data is not real; previous failure of any kind against Tea Soul; Customer’s enrollment in the list of disputes and insolvency proceedings; lack of immediate availability of the goods – for any reason – in the warehouses; any other case incompatible with the economic interests and policies of Tea Soul

5. Issue of invoices

In the face of every purchase made by the customer, Tea Soul will issue an invoice. The customer must indicate, among the requested data, the Company and the VAT or tax code. The customer is also required to keep the invoice for the exercise of the rights provided by law or this contract.

6. Delivery of products purchased

Tea Soul shall, on the face of the verification of payment, to process your product orders from Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 18.00. Consequently, Tea Soul is committed to deliver the products ordered by Customer by Express Courier at the address indicated during the registration of the order data, within 3-5 working days after payment. It is not scheduled for delivery to PO boxes. Any delay in delivery can not be charged to the Tea Soul, meaning the contract upon delivery of the goods to express courier. Tea Soul is committed, however, to take note of any failure or delay in delivery of products and, where appropriate, to act in the appropriate against those responsible for the damage suffered.

7. Shipping

Shipping costs to Italy are fixed at 5.50 Euro for purchases up to 55€. For orders more than 55€ the shipping is free. Shipping costs to the rest of Europe start from a minimum of 8 euros to a maximum of 67 euros (depending on the European country of destination) for purchases up to 100 euros.
