The coastal province of Fujian, China, is famous for its natural landscape: the coast, mountains and forests. A feature of the local climate is the early spring, when from early March the weather is favorable for tea harvesting.
The tradition of Fujian tea cultivation and production is one of the oldest; many imperial varieties grown during the Tang Dynasty originated here. Cultivation and production according to ancient traditional recipes has brought fame to teas around the world and led to the economic growth of the region.

The province is mainly famous for oolongs, including Wuyi oolong and Tie Guanyin. And the dairies in this province have become a kind of “calling card” of this region. Tea is given a specific creamy aroma either naturally or artificially, depending on the production method.

But Fuuzyan is also known for its white Bai Hao and red Xiao Zhong. Fujian teas are distinguished by their delicate and smooth taste, and the aroma contains floral and honey tones.
