Arabikicha Japanese green tea comes from the Yutakamidori and Saemidor cultivars in Japan. It is a high-quality green tea with a very fresh taste.
The flavour intensifies depending on the duration of the infusion.
Arabikicha powder is a little coarse compared to normal Matcha green tea powder, so the flavour is kept natural. The essence of the Sencha tea leaves is kept as it is.

Infusion methods for Japanese Arabikicha Green Tea
Arabikicha (2g stick)
Add one stick of Arabikicha Japanese Green Tea (2g) to a 500ml bottle. So you can drink tea wherever you want.
Arabikicha (preparation for hot tea)
The secret to making delicious tea is to cool the hot boiled water.
- There is a measuring cup included when you buy Arabikicha, which contains 0.4 g when level and 0.6 g with a medium-sized portion, and a level portion is the right amount for 1 teacup.
- Lower the temperature slightly by pouring the boiled water into another container. As the optimum temperature for hot water is about 80°C, pour the boiled water into another container and cool the water. In this way, the temperature of the boiled water can be reduced by approximately 10°C.
- Drink it at the optimum temperature of 80°C.
- By pouring the hot water into another container containing Arabikicha, you can lower the temperature by a further 10°C to an optimum temperature of 80°C, and then if you shake lightly, you can drink a delicious tea.
Arabikicha (preparation for iced tea)
The secret is to dissolve the tea in a small amount of hot water and then cool it completely.
- Put a medium-sized portion of Arabikicha in a glass, using the spoon that is included. There is a measuring cup included when you buy Arabikicha, which contains 0.4 g when levelled and 0.6 g with a medium-sized portion, and a medium-sized portion is the right amount for 1 glass.
- Pour boiling water into a yuzamashi (if you don’t have a yuzamashi, a tea cup will do)
- Pour a small amount of hot water into the glass together with the Arabikicha and stir well until it is completely dissolved.
- Wait for the water to cool and, if desired, add ice to taste.
