Fine ceramic kyusu teapot handmade by Czech artist Aleš Dančák.
There is no other piece identical to this one because each of the artist’s teapots is made by hand, thus creating unique and unrepeatable pieces. The unique grey-brown colour is a true collector’s item.

The artist Aleš Dančák
“When I was a child, I never dreamed of becoming a potter or an artist, not at all. Rather, I spent my entire childhood, adolescence and part of my adulthood searching for what I would like. And in the end I found it. I was lucky.
Attending the same ceramics school as his father, Ales came to a workshop in Oznice, in the Vsetín region, where he learned to cast and make moulds.
It is here that Aleš Dančák learns a completely manual method of working: he begins to create vases, bowls, trays, taxes and teapots which, thanks to production at very high temperatures, take on special colours that are completely different from industrially manufactured products. Non-conventional, rather unique colours.
