Methods of infusing Arabikicha Green Tea
Arabikicha (2g stick)
Pour one stick into a 500ml bottle of water. So you can drink it easily and comfortably.
Arabikicha (when you drink it as hot green tea)
The secret to making delicious tea is to cool the hot boiled water.
- There is a measuring cup included when you buy Arabikicha, which contains 0.4 g when level and 0.6 g with a medium-sized portion, and a level portion is the right amount for 1 teacup.
- Lower the temperature slightly by pouring the boiled water into another container. Since the optimal temperature for hot water is about 80°C, pour the boiled water into another container and cool the water. In this way, it is possible to reduce the temperature of boiled water by about 10°C.
- Drink it when cooled to the optimum temperature of 80°C.
- By pouring the cooled hot water into another container containing Arabikicha, you can lower the temperature by an additional 10°C to an optimal temperature of 80°C, and then if you shake it slightly you can drink a delicious tea.
Arabikicha (when you drink it ice cold)
The key is to dissolve the tea with a small amount of hot water and then chill it until cool.
- Put a medium-sized portion of Arabikicha in a glass, using the spoon that is included. There is a measuring cup included when you buy Arabikicha, which contains 0.4 g when levelled and 0.6 g with a medium-sized portion, and a medium-sized portion is the right amount for 1 glass.
- Pour boiling water into a yuzamashi. (If you don’t have a yuzamashi, a teacup will work perfectly.)
- Pour a small amount of hot water into the glass so that the Arabikicha dissolves completely.
- Wait for the water to cool and, if desired, add ice.
