The Loto Purion Clay Set Lin’s Ceramics Studio is handmade from traditional Purion clay.

Purion is best suited to infusions of highly and fully fermented teas, such as Iron Goddess, Dianhong, heavily boiled Oolong, aged tea and Puer. This set is the perfect choice for collectors of limited edition accessories.

Purion Clay maintenance

Before use, steep the accessories in a bowl with hot water for one hour. Care: hand wash only with warm water and scrub gently without soap (Purion clay is semi-porous and is designed to saturate with the essence of the tea) 1. Remove the lid of the teapot until completely dry. Do not use in microwave 2. Teapot: use it for only one type of tea (such as oolong, red or puer). In fact, purion clay absorbs the smell of tea, and if you use different types of tea, it may absorb too many flavors and you will not fully enjoy the tasting.
