Super Premium Matcha Ten Green Tea (30gr) is a limited edition of high quality Japanese Matcha tea: Ten offers excellence among organic Matchas. It has a sweet but mild, light, fruity and intense flavor. Its emerald green color has an intensity that precedes its refined aroma. It can be used in the kitchen to prepare desserts and flavor drinks, however we recommend drinking it alone. The high quality of this Matcha makes it perfect for preparing koicha, adding only a measuring cup of water.
By adding milk or soy or almond milk you will prepare a very tasty matcha latte, which consumed in the morning will give you the energy to face the day.
The beneficial effect of Matcha
Matcha drinkers consume the tea leaf in its entirety (as a powder dissolved in water) and thus also all the substances contained in the tea leaf. This represents a crucial difference from other varieties of tea. The caffeine in matcha provides a mild energy boost for an alert and awake mind, while the presence of L-theanine provides a calming object, moderating the stimulating effect of caffeine. The benefit? A perfect balance of invigoration and relaxation. In addition, matcha offers the highest known value of cell-protecting antioxidants of any natural product, making it a true fountain of youth. The antioxidant capacity of matcha tea is several times greater than, for example, goji berries, pomegranate, or blueberries. With an ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbing Capacity) value of 1,711 units per gram, it thus occupies an undisputed leadership position among so-called “superfoods” and is a natural defense against free radicals. In cooking, matcha’s unique aromatic components make it an outstanding ingredient in cooking and baking. Its taste is described as “umami,” meaning “flavor,” considered the fifth taste sensation after sweet, salty, sour and bitter. Matcha is therefore suitable as a special ingredient in both sweet and savory dishes.
How to best prepare Super Premium Matcha Ten Green Tea
