Strawberry mochi
A delicacy from Japan, kirimochi (or mochi) are glutinous rice cakes or sweet rice. It is an established food in Japanese cuisine and culture and is often served to celebrate the New Year.

Maltose (36.45%), sugar, thickener (E1442), strawberry (10.6%), pectin, gelatin, flavor, sorbitol, natural food coloring (E162) preservative (E200). Not suitable for vegetarians.
