Production
Silver Needle Bai Hao white tea is slightly oxidised. After the productions, the most sought-after teas belong to the first harvests, which generally take place between the end of March and the beginning of April, when the first new shoots of the year emerge.
For the production of Silver Needle Bai Hao only the leaf buds are used, i.e. the leaf buds before opening. Silver Needle Bai Hao was wilted for a short time (light oxidation) and then dried quickly in hot air.

How to prepare Silver Needle Bai Hai white tea
To better appreciate the exquisite aroma of the Silver Needle and its appearance, we recommend a clear glass accessory.
First heat the teapot with boiling water and then pour 200 ml of water (80°) over about 3-5 grams of tea. The leaves of the Silver Needle Bai Hao will start to float on top of the teapot. After 5 minutes, some leaves will sink to the bottom of the teapot while others will remain on top.
All the tea leaves will then rise vertically in a magical dance, an enchanting spectacle to be enjoyed before drinking the tea.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry and dark place.
