Matcha Mochi
A delicacy from Japan, kirimochi (or mochi) are glutinous rice cakes or sweet rice. They are an established food in Japanese cuisine and culture and are often served to celebrate the New Year.
Ingredients
Maltose, matcha paste (maltose, bean paste, matcha powder, sugar, palm oil), glutinous rice powder, millet, sugar, palm oil, hydroxypropyl starch phosphate (E1442), sorbitol (E420), flavor, potassium sorbate (E202). May contain traces of gluten, peanuts, sesame, soy and tree nuts.
