Frequently asked questions

1 – Modify or cancel an order

Changing or canceling an already confirmed order is not possible. Your order is processed immediately after the confirmation you have enabled and it is not possible to cancel the process in progress. You can make a return after collecting the package.

2 – Discount codes and promotions

To use a “discount code” simply enter it in the space provided on the shopping cart page or you can enter it during checkout. The discount will be calculated on your order by applying the conditions of the discount itself.

3 – Returns and replacements

If you need to return one or more items, you can independently activate a return procedure by contacting our customer care at [email protected] within 7 days of placing your order.

4 – Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel all your orders within 14 days of receiving the goods.

5 – Payment methods

You can pay your order through the main credit cards, PayPal, cash on delivery or by bank transfer.

6 – Payment on delivery

Cash on delivery is paid in cash upon delivery of the package. Checks are not accepted. In addition to shipping costs, you will have to pay a contribution of: €. 4.50

7 – Shipping

Your shipment may have two different cost thresholds based on the order amount and the shipping country.

8 – Delivery

Tea Soul delivers throughout Italy, including the islands. Shipping usually takes 1 to 3 working days (depending on the destination area) from collection at our warehouses. In particular periods of the year, in correspondence with the main holidays, delivery times could be longer.

9 – Newsletter subscription

If you want to be always up to date on Tea Soul initiatives and promotions, you can use the registration form on each page of the site. You will receive discount codes, promotions and all the news of the Tea Soul world.
