Traditional Bamboo Chaban Tray

What does “Chaban” mean

The Chaban consists of two parts: one is the top lid, to hold the tea set and accessories, the second is the receptacle to catch the spilled tea. It can also be used to store small tea accessories such as cups, filters, small teapots and all Cha Dao accessories for tea ceremony. It dries quickly and is resistant to humidity, although we recommend emptying it and letting it dry as soon as you have finished using it. You can also take the tray with you to have tea ceremony anywhere.
