Preparation of Bay Mao Hou White Monkey Green Tea

For best infusion results, water at about 80° C should be used to prepare the tea leaves. The true flavour of Bay Mao Hou can only be achieved with a real Yixing clayteapot. 4-5 infusions of 20-40 seconds each are recommended.
