I, the undersigned Croci Dario, In my capacity as Sole Director of Anada s.r.l., sole owner of the
Tea Soul brand, inform you that false and defamatory messages are circulating on social networks urging
no longer buy products from Tea Soul because the brand has been stolen.
The news is patently false, the Tea Soul brand has never been stolen by anyone and is
the exclusive property of Anada Srl with regular registration. Tea Soul is the only one legitimized to
sell its products.
Users are dutifully alerted to this situation in order to protect the genuineness of the product and are
asked, should they detect posts or messages of the tenor described above, to notify Tea
Soul-Anada or the competent police authority.
