Lychee Mochi is a mochi filled with Lychee, a popular fruit in Asian countries. A delicacy from Japan, kirimochi (or mochi) are glutinous rice cakes or sweet rice. They are an established food in Japanese cuisine and culture and are often served to celebrate the New Year.
