Mountain Top Tonka Cinnamon Herbal tea 50g

The basis of this precious herbal tea is a high mountain Greek tea. Its bitter taste is enhanced by sweet blackberry and fennel leaves. Eucalyptus leaves and mint provide an extra note of freshness, while goji berries and sea buckthorn berries give the right feeling of well-being and home. What is Tonka Bean?

The tonka bean has a unique, rich, vanilla flavour. It manages to stand out from the other spices and at the same time enhance them. This bean comes from the seeds of a huge tree that grows in the Amazon rainforest, an ingredient that confectioners and chefs alike can no longer do without.

Brewing method

Allow 5g of herbal tea to steep at 90°C for 10 min. The infusion time can vary according to personal taste, depending on whether you want a milder or stronger infusion.
