How to make Uji Matcha
- Pour 2g of Matcha into a cup (about 1 teaspoon)
- heat 70 ml of hot water to 75-80 ° C
- Mix using preferably a bamboo matcha whisk for about 10-15 seconds
- The above procedure is purely indicative, we recommend adjusting it according to your personal taste
