Each serving of Wu Liang Origin Organic Shu (cooked) Puer Tea is 4g, the perfect amount for a single infusion. Its aromas remind us of an autumn forest, moist earth after rain and underbrush, while the taste surprises with its sweetness and velvety smoothness on the palate. This organic tea comes from Zhengwan village in the famous autonomous province of Puer.

How to prepare
We strongly recommend infusing Wu Liang Origin organic shu puer tea in the traditional Chinese method (gong fu cha) to best enjoy these leaves. Following this preparation, one square can be placed in a gaiwan of about 100 ml to obtain multiple infusions with different flavors. After a short preliminary rinse at 100°C to begin to separate the leaves well from their compressed form, an initial 10-second infusion can be made, and after that, keeping the water at the same temperature, the time can be increased each time by 5 seconds from the previous infusion (10 – 15 – 20…)
This tea has a longevity of about 7 brewings.
For a classic preparation according to the Western style, we recommend a square in a 200-mL cup with water at 100°C for a two-minute infusion time. It would still be preferable to do a prior rinse of about 15 seconds to make the most of the leaf flavors.
The tea can be filtered for greater ease at the moment of tasting, and also the infusion times indicated above are intended to be purely indicative, so you can also adjust according to your personal taste.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
