Dragon Pearl red tea from Yunnan creates an incredibly bold brew with all the flavours of a crisp autumn day. It is malty, nuanced and tannic like a fine Second Harvest Assam black tea, but also offers complex flavours of spice, apples, fallen leaves and cocoa, all flavours that set it apart from other red teas. Floral aromas and a clean sweet-and-sour finish conclude this unique brew. Try it with breakfast, brunch, grilled duck or dark chocolate.

How to prepare Dragon Pearl from Yunnan
We recommend using Yixing clay or porcelain accessories. Rinse the tea cup and the teapot. Use about 2 grams of tea leaves (1-2 teaspoons) per 150ml of water. Let the tea leaves steep in hot water at 95° C for 1 minute for the first and second infusion. Gradually increase the time for subsequent infusions. If you like milk with tea, add 10 to 15 ml of milk and stir. Storage: Store in a cool, dry and dark place.
