Yabukita.

How to prepare This ceremonial grade matcha can be prepared either in the traditional way by incorporating a sachet with a little water using the bamboo whisk or in a more practical and quick way suitable for any occasion. For the latter, a two gram sachet can be used in about four hundred millilitres of water at a temperature of between sixty and eighty degrees. Once the water is added to the powder, shake vigorously to obtain a good fusion of the two elements ready to drink.
