Matcha Mochi
A delicacy from Japan, kirimochi (or mochi) are glutinous rice cakes or sweet rice. It is an established food in Japanese cuisine and culture and is often served to celebrate the New Year.
Ingredients
Maltose, matcha paste (maltose, bean paste, matcha powder, sugar, palm oil), glutinous rice powder, millet, sugar, palm oil, hydroxypropyl starch phosphate (E1442), sorbitol (E420), flavor, potassium sorbate (E202).
Preservation
We strongly recommend that you store the mochi in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Store at room temperature.
