The other treasures are well-known superfoods, such as goji berries, jujubes and ginseng, which together form a tasty and healthy herbal tea, perfect for balancing and supporting our immune system and detoxifying. The recipe originally was created for those who need an intense and sweet herbal tea, balanced in its components, at the same time nourishing and gentle to drink every day.

Ingredients

• Jujubes to relieve nervousness, anxiety and insomnia, prevent infections and improve digestive abilities
• Goji berries help keep immune defenses high. But, also antioxidants that fight damage caused by free radicals, Vitamin A that helps us maintain healthy skin, hair and nails, Vitamin C and B as well as numerous essential amino acids
• Dried longan, which provides warmth and can help the cardiovascular system, especially the spleen. It has calming and relaxing properties, so much so that it helps with palpitations, restless sleep, panic attacks, nervous hunger
• Chrysanthemum boosts a liver cleansing or as adjuvants in inflammatory states
• Dried lily buds, perfect for helping with insomnia and relieving coughs

Brewing method

Allow one sachet to steep in 500ml hot water at 90°C for 4-5 minutes. The infusion time can vary according to personal taste, depending on whether you want a milder or stronger infusion. Store in a cool, dry place.
