Soy Sauce Savory Mochi is a delicious and unique Japanese snack that features the renowned mochi with a sweet and savory soy sauce. There is a “slit” in the center of the mochi, so you can easily divide the amount you want to eat and enjoy them together.
How to cook them
Microwave 500W about 1 minute:
- Put two mochi in a deep heat-resistant container
- Add enough water to cover the mochi
- Heats for about 1 minute (500W)
Toaster oven about 2-3 minutes:
Cook until tender (2-3 minutes)
With boiling water about 3 minutes:
- Put two Mochi in a deep container
- Pour over boiling water and wait about 3 minutes.
